After adding your pickup and drop-off locations to book a ride, your payment method appears on the bottom of the booking screen. Tap on it to see a list of payment methods available to you, and simply select the way you want to pay.<\/P>

You can choose to pay for your rides with cash, credit card, Careem Credit, or a Careem Package. Note that you can?t change your payment method once you?re in a ride.<\/P>

High cancellation ratio<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

When booking a ride, a user has the option to cancel the ride. If a cancellation occurs too often, the system will display a warning. If this is continued, the account will be blocked. Constant canceling causes a lot of confusion, and wasted time.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Cross country referral<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

In order to limit fraudulent activity, cross-country referrals are not permitted.<\/P>
\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Unpaid negative balance in the wallet<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

If a ride was not paid in full or was not paid, the account would have a negative balance that is owed. An account would be temporarily blocked until this amount is settled.<\/P>
\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Declined credit card payments that lead to a negative balance have to be settled within 4 days. Failure to do this may lead to a blocked account.<\/P>
\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Multiple user accounts being used on the same mobile device<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

In order to limit fraudulent activity, every device is allowed to have a limited amount of accounts logged in. Once this amount is exceeded, it gets permanently blocked.<\/P>
\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

Misuse of Careem credit<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

To limit fraudulent activity, Careem credit is only valid in the country where the credit was acquired.<\/P>

Misuse of referral credit<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

Credits earned through referrals may not be used to purchase a Careem Package.<\/P>

Car capacity:<\/h4>

Careem offers different types of cars with different capacities. The capacity of each car type is in regulation with that of the law in each country. According to Careem policies, and for your safety, our Captains can't pick up passengers more than the car capacity.<\/P>

Pets:<\/h4>

Transporting your pets inside a Careem is not encouraged. It is, however, completely up to the Captain whether they will accept your four-legged friends inside their car. Please respect the Captain?s decision in this matter.\r\n\r\n

A Captain?s car is his office. Please respect his rules in regard to smoking, eating or drinking in the car.<\/P>
